If you paid your order via one of the channels, PAY_EASY、MOLPAY_PERSONAL、DOKU、DRAGON_PAY, you may follow the steps below to get your payment back：
Step1: You may click payment records - Request wire transfer(T/T) refund in your order detail page.
Step2: Check your refund accounts list.
Step3: You may click 'edit' to edit your account information.
Step4: Click account information and Submit TT refund will pop up. You may submit the template after you confirm all the information.
Step5: You will get the following information if you submit the template successfully.
Step6: Please swift to another account with same account name if you get any error message with 'security reason'.
Step7: If the amount to be refunded is more than 30 USD, you can find 'Refund again' button and start the refund process accordingly;If the amount to be refunded is less than USD 30，you will not be able to find ' refund again'.
