• Fill out business information
• Activate credit line
If approved, you will then be able to use your approved credit line to negotiate with suppliers to use Payment Terms when ordering.
Step-by-step application guide
Step1.Visit My Alibaba > Trade Services > Payment Terms and Click “Apply now” on the page
Step2.Complete the required fields and submit basic company information.
Step3. Activate your credit line by complete the steps below:
1.Verify your business by email with entering the temporary code sent to you. The code will be valid for one day and can only be generated 3 times daily. If you fail all attempts, try again in 24 hours.
You may also be contacted by phone before email verification is complete.
If your business cannot be verified by phone or email, you can also pay a small amount payment using the business bank account that matches the information in your application.
2.Upload official business registration document. You may be required to upload document mentioned above to prove legal registration for at least 2 years.
3.Place an order. In the rare chance that you need to activate your credit line by placing and paying for an order(s) on Alibaba.com when your total purchase amount in 1 year do not meet the threshold.
If approved, you can view your new credit line on the Payment Terms dashboard.
