How to Cancel rfq alibaba?
To close an RFQ, please follow below steps:
1.Sign in My Alibaba-Buying Leads then click the drop down button and switch to RFQ.
2.Find the RFQ you want to close;
3.You may "Close" the RFQ as it showed in the screenshot. (If it is an expired RFQ, you cannot find the Close button, the supplier will not see it either)
Where can I check my RFQ quotations?
Step1. Please sign in My Alibaba Message Center;
Step2. Click the drop down button and switch to RFQ, and then you will find the RFQ and the quotations if you received any.
Why was my RFQ rejected?
If your RFQ was rejected, please follow below steps to check the reason:
Step1.Find My RFQ sin Buying Leads;
Step2.Find rejected RFQs and click 'Edit' to view reasons and edit accordingly.
Why is my RFQ still pending?
Kindly be advised that it would take 24 working hours to audit your RFQ after your submitting.
Please wait patiently and you could click here to check the status. Meanwhile, you could also search for the product on our home page alibaba.com and chat with suppliers in real time.

How do I edit my RFQ?
To edit your RFQ, you could take the following steps:
Step1. Please sign into My Alibaba;
Step2. Kindly click on Buying Leads;
Step3. Find the RFQ you want to edit under "My RFQs" tab;
Step4. Click the edit button to enter the edit page.
How can I delete an RFQ?
RFQ cannot be deleted but can be closed, if you do not want to get any quotations for your RFQ, please go to Buying Leads page - My RFQs to close your Buying Request.
Why cannot I post RFQ?
To protect the RFQ market's seriousness together, we are sorry that you will be restricted to post RFQ in the following scenarios:
1. Alibaba.com buyer account registered in China
2. Alibaba.com buyer account account registered outside of China but login in China.
3. Your account log in from China is much more than from abroad within the past several days.
And when the buyer's account registration and login locations are the same, the restriction will be unblocked automatically.
Why does my inquiry become Buying Request on public?
When sending an inquiry, if you select 'Recommend matching suppliers if this supplier doesn't contact me on Message Center within 24 hours', your inquiry will become a RFQ if there is no response from your targeted suppliers within 24 hours. Other suppliers can see your RFQ.
