How do I add or bind a PayPal account？
Please note that you can only add a PayPal account during checkout when paying for an order.

If you have previously bound a PayPal account, unbind it from the account management page (My Alibaba - Transactions - Bank/Card Accounts) on PC.
Then, enter the checkout page to bind the PayPal account again.
How do I unbind or delete my PayPal account?
Method One:
You can delete your PayPal account via My Alibaba - Transactions - Bank/Card Accounts. This operation can only be done via PC.
Method Two:
You can unbind a PayPal account in the PayPal backend. Follow these steps to cancel automatic payments:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon on the top right corner.
3. Click on "Payments" and then "Manage pre-approved payments".
4. Select the merchant or subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click on "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.
Your automatic payments will now be canceled.
Why Can't I Pay with PayPal?
Possible Reasons:
1. Paypal is grayed out and cannot be selected:
1) The order was placed with a contract uploaded instead of adding any product.
2) Payment amount is less than 1USD or more than 12000USD.
3) Due to security reasons.

1) Check if the order has no products. Orders without products cannot be paid with PayPal.
2) Unpaid stock orders generated before March 22, 2021, cannot be paid with PayPal.
3) The order was placed with a contract uploaded instead of adding any product, cannot pay with PayPal.
Why is My Payment Automatically Processed when I Select PayPal?
