As some banks may charge commission fee to process the fund, you may contact the bank for information.
When the payment received is less than you paid, your seller will decide whether he/she wants you to pay in full. If not, you may continue the transaction as per agreement.
If yes, you may pay again to the account listed in your order detail page.
