Alibaba.com now supports Dragon Pay for Philippines buyers. And it supports Online banking , Over-the Counter and Convenience Store.
1.Online banking
Step1. Select online banking.
Step2. Choose the bank you will use and obtain a reference number.
Step3. Copy the reference number and perform an online transfer at the chosen bank. The transfer amount should match the order amount. If the amount is incorrect, Dragonpay will not process the payment and it will fail.
2.Over the counter
Step1. Select "Over the counter."
Step2. Choose the corresponding bank and obtain a reference number.
Step3. Copy the reference number and perform a counter payment at the chosen bank. The transfer amount should match the order amount. If the amount is incorrect, Dragonpay will not process the payment.
3.Convenience stores
Step1. Select "Convenience stores."
Step2. Go to the selected convenience store to make the payment offline. The transfer amount should match the order amount. If the amount is incorrect, Dragonpay will not process the payment.
Notes: The payment reference number is only valid for 48 hours once generated and if expired, you need to go back to Alibaba.com Checkout and generate a new payment reference number.
