Normally Alibaba.com will deduct only once for single transaction. Sometimes there are more than one record shown on your bank statement while actually payment only be deducted once.
You are suggested to check further with your paying bank.If your bank confirm the payment was deducted more than once, please provide an official statement from your bank, and contact our online service for further assistance and investigation.
Friendly reminder: Please double check if there is a notice like "payment failure" in the order, which means that the initial payment made was unsuccessful. If the money was deducted, normally it will be returned within 2-4 business days (depending on your bank).
