There are several different ways to get in contact with suppliers on Alibaba.com:
1. Click"Contact supplier" to send inquiry directly, or click "Chat Now" to start chatting with the supplier by messenger communication tool (Leave messages if the supplier is offline).
2. Click the supplier's company name to its minisite on the product page, then send inquiry by clicking "Send inquiry" or "Contact supplier", or chat with the supplier online direcltly by clicking "Chat Now" (Leave messages if the supplier is offline).
However, you need to send your business card in exchange for the supplier's company phone or mobile numbers.
3. If you have placed order with the supplier, you could contact suppliers from the order details page in My Alibaba-Orders-Chat Now/Check Messenger
