• From PC:
Go to My Alibaba-Contacts, choose the contacts your want to block, and click "Block this Contact"
• From Alibaba.com APP:
1.Log in your account at Alibaba.com APP, go to My Alibaba-"Inquiries" or "Messenger", and find the suppliers to block and go to the inquiry details page.
2.On inquiry detail page, click supplier name to Business Card page.
3.On Business Card page, click the mark at the upper right corner and click Block to add the supplier email to blacklist.
