Both the buyer and the seller can extend the delivery once for 15 days, and each order can be extended for up to 30 days. Below is the step to extend the receiving time:
Step1.Please go to "Orders- All Orders", find the order you want to extend receiving time (The order status must be "Waiting for delivery confirmation").

Step2.Click the "Extend receiving time" button, system will remind you the operation will delay the delivery time by 15 days and you will only have one chance to extend the time.
Step3.You can click "Confirm Extension" button if you do not have problems with this operation.
