There are 2 occassions you may need to change the verification phone.
Scenario 1:
If your original phone number is valid, please do as follows to change the verification phone:
1. Sign into My Account.
2. Click on【Manage Verification Phones】and complete the Identity Verification process.
3. Enter the new verification phone number.
Scenario 2:
If your original phone number is invalid or no longer in use,please download the application form and fill all required information(Note: a handwritten signature is required). In addition, please provide the necessary required document (for account ownership confirmation only) listed below:
• For Personal user: The photo of your passport/Identity card/driving license etc.
• For Company user: The photo of your business license
