Any fraud and/or abuse of the coupons, as determined by Alibaba.com in its sole discretion, will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for the coupons. Alibaba.com reserves the right to revoke the coupons, and/or take any legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding coupon amounts from you without prior notice.
Also, buyers who misuse their membership rights, engage in fraudulent conduct, or violate applicable agreements with Alibaba.com shall not be eligible for the referral coupon.
