Please go through possible reasons as below:
1. Please do NOT use special characters such as / ' ~ $ & or multi-language, only English words are supported.
2. If you didn't have the company name, you could fill with your full name in the company name column.
3. If there is an error message shows "Please log in or register with a new email", which means your email address is already used by other Alibaba Group account.In this case, you are suggested to use a new email to register on Alibaba.com or sign in with that account.
4.Ifthepagegotstuck,please changeabrowserorclearbrowsercookiestoretry.
5. If there is an error message reads "This email address cannot be used for registration, please select another email address", it means your email address is not supported to register on Alibaba.com (The system decides whether the email fits). In this case, you are suggested to use another email address and try again.
6. If you do not receive email verification code while registration, please check the situations below:
1). To Search with keyword 'Alibaba' in both of your inbox and trash;
2). To check with your email service operator to see whether they blocked the verification code email or filtered the email as spam;
